Apart from these home remedies, there are certain things can be dome in order to reduce weight loss. You can increase intake of fresh fruits and vegetables that have low calorie. Use mint in your meals. Make sure to take vitamin B-12.
Similarly using vegetable oil and avoiding butter is very useful. Instead of fried and junk food, make habit to eat steamed or boiled vegetables. Avoid too much intake of sugar, salt, alcohol etc.
